Working with ShotModo

We provide product video, ecommerce images and related editing services. Before production, we confirm the product, content requirements, schedule, delivery and payment arrangements with you in writing. Your project agreement sets out the work we will carry out.

Ecommerce image service

The ecommerce image service is US$29 per product. It includes unlimited images for that product and revisions until you’re satisfied. We agree the product details and creative direction with you at the start. Share feedback on the drafts so the team can revise the images.

Video and additional production

Product videos are quoted individually. Length, versions, aspect ratios, audio, text and the review process are agreed before production. Sample shipping and separately requested models, locations or specialist production costs are discussed before you commit.

Samples and scheduling

You arrange samples and shipping from your supplier. Confirm the receiving details with us before dispatch. Samples should match the product being sold and include the accessories and instructions needed for the shoot. We agree the schedule once the brief and sample availability are known, as well as any return or storage arrangements.

Payment arrangements

We accept PayPal, cryptocurrency and bank transfer. We send the invoice or payment instructions directly after confirming your project. Verify the recipient and, for cryptocurrency, the asset and network with our team before making a transfer. This website does not provide online checkout.

Product information and usage

You provide accurate product specifications, approved claims and permission to use the materials you supply. We confirm delivery formats and usage rights for your project, including any third-party music, models or other assets. No marketing performance, sales or advertising results are promised.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us directly about schedule changes, cancellations or a change of product or project requirements. Any cancellation, reshoot or refund arrangements are confirmed in the written project agreement before payment.
