Check the product details and visual direction, then send one set of feedback. Ecommerce images are revised until you’re satisfied. Video reviews follow the agreed production quote.

Receive your approved videos and ecommerce images by download link, prepared for the channels and formats in your brief.

Before your supplier ships
A few details help us get it right.
Once we’ve agreed your project, we’ll share our China delivery address and the details your supplier needs. Ask them to include the following with your samples.
Agree shipping costs and what happens to the samples after the shoot before they leave your supplier.

Questions about your remote shoot.
Yes. Your Alibaba, 1688 or Chinese factory supplier can send samples directly to our team in Shenzhen. You arrange the sample order and shipping with the supplier. Share the product link and planned video or image work with us first; we confirm the receiving details and what to include before dispatch. The sample should match the product you plan to sell.
Yes. You do not need to travel to China. Share your product details and references, agree the shot list and quote, then review drafts online. We handle production in China. For video feedback, point to the relevant timestamp and describe the change you need. Video scope and reviews follow the agreed quote; approved content is delivered digitally.
You order the samples and arrange shipping with your supplier. Include the correct product, packaging, accessories and operating instructions, and label different products or variants. Send us the tracking details so we can match the shipment to your project. If filming consumes or permanently changes a sample, discuss how many samples are needed before shipping.
We deliver approved images and videos through a download link in the formats agreed for your project. Tell us the intended product pages, ads and social placements, plus any current upload requirements you have. For video, agree the versions, language and audio treatment before filming. Confirm any separate request for source footage or project files directly with the team.
We confirm the schedule after reviewing the brief, sample availability and production needs. Share your target launch date before your supplier ships anything. The agreed plan accounts for the shoot, edits and review process. The image price does not include a fixed delivery deadline, and submitting a brief does not reserve a production date.
Yes. For the ecommerce image service, we revise until you’re satisfied, with no fixed limit on images or revision rounds for your product. Identify the image and explain the change you want. For videos, the edit scope and review process are agreed in the written quote; a request for new filming is reviewed against that scope. Collect feedback from your team into one set of notes for each draft.
Tell us the channels, placements and territories you need before production. We agree the exports and usage needs for the finished content, including any third-party music, talent or other assets. If a platform provides specific upload requirements, send us those requirements with the brief so we can plan the files for your intended use.
Tell us before dispatch whether you want the samples returned or held for a future shoot. We agree the handling plan, return destination and any shipping or storage arrangements for your project. Include instructions for packaging that must be kept. Do not assume samples will be returned, stored indefinitely or disposed of without an agreed plan.
