ShotModo provides product video and ecommerce image services from Shenzhen, China. This page explains how the website handles the information you enter and how you choose to contact our team.

Your project brief

The brief form uses your entries to prepare a message on your device. It does not submit them to a website database, automatically send an enquiry, upload attachments or store personal form entries in browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears unsaved entries.

Sending and saving

If you choose email or WhatsApp, the site opens that service with the brief you prepared. You review and send it in that app. Your message is then handled by the service you use and by our team for discussing and delivering your project. Copying or downloading a brief saves a copy under your control.

Website operation

The site does not include advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or non-essential tracking cookies. Media and page assets are served by the website host. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the site.

Information you share directly

When you send us a project enquiry, we use the contact details, product information and files you choose to provide to discuss the brief, agree the project and deliver the work. Avoid including passwords, payment card details or information unrelated to your project. Ask our team if you need to correct or delete information you previously sent.

Payments

The website does not process payments or collect payment card details. Payment instructions are arranged directly after the project is agreed. PayPal, your bank, or your cryptocurrency provider may handle transaction information under their own terms.
