Your Alibaba, 1688 or Chinese factory supplier can send samples directly to our team in Shenzhen. First, share the product details and intended video or image work with us. Wait for the receiving details and instructions before asking the supplier to dispatch. You arrange the sample order and shipping with your supplier; a project enquiry does not place a sample order.
Include what the camera needs.
Send a sample that matches the product you plan to sell. Include its packaging, accessories and setup instructions, especially for assembly, moving parts or powered features. Label each variant clearly. If a demonstration consumes or permanently changes the product, discuss the sample quantity with us before dispatch. Let us know about any condition that could affect safe handling or operation.
Make the shipment easy to identify.
Ask the supplier to include your name, brand, agreed project reference and a list of the enclosed products. Send the tracking number to our team and identify any separate packages. If several suppliers are sending items for the same shoot, tell us which items belong together. We confirm receipt so you know which samples are available for production planning.
Decide what happens after the shoot.
Tell us whether you want the samples returned or kept for another project. Agree who arranges return shipping, the delivery destination and any shipping or storage costs before dispatch. Include any packaging that needs to be retained. Sample storage and handling are confirmed for your project; do not assume a sample can be stored indefinitely or disposed of without instructions.
