Start with the actual product.
Start with the product or supplier link, the number of products, dimensions and materials. Tell us where the samples are and whether they match the version you will sell, including its packaging, colour and accessories. For moving parts, electrical features or assembly, include operating instructions. These details let us discuss the physical shoot before your supplier dispatches anything.
Choose what the viewer should understand.
Choose the product questions the video should answer. What does it do? How is it opened, adjusted or used? Which detail is hard to understand from a photograph? Put the most important demonstration first, then list any supporting close-ups. Supply accurate specifications and approved claims for on-screen text. The production brief should explain the product without adding performance claims you cannot support.
Show the direction you like.
Share a few references and explain the part you like: the lighting, background, camera angle, pace or text treatment. A reference is more useful when paired with a specific note, such as a quiet background or a close view of a moving part. Include your logo, brand colours and current store content. Supply only assets you have permission to use.
Tell us where the content will appear.
List the product pages, ad placements and social channels where the finished files will appear. Specify the video length, orientation, language and audio treatment you want, where known. If a marketplace or ad placement gives you upload requirements, share those requirements with the brief. We agree the export list before production so the shoot can be framed for the intended uses.
Confirm the plan, quote and next step.
Use the project brief page to prepare your information, then send it in your email or WhatsApp app. The form does not send it automatically. We confirm the video scope, quote, sample requirements and schedule directly with you. If you also need ecommerce images, the image service is US$29 per product with unlimited images and revisions until you’re satisfied; video production is quoted separately.
